I like this one a lot. You are succeeding in your goal for a more interesting surface texture and your skills as an artist are always evident. lovely!
I want to walk toward that barn, check out the fence configuration on the way, and breathe in the scent of new - or old hay. All I wanted to do was have a cup of coffee before I saw this charming landscape!

I have been so busy this summer, I am hardly on my computer at all, and not much time to paint, either.
