The glow of the orange reflecting on the mug is what painting is all about for me. As you know, Chagall said,
"all colors are friends of their neighbors...and lovers of their opposites."
This shows it so well.

Beautiful, beautiful colors in this. The reflection of the orange onto the white cup piece de resistance for me!

Oh, yes, this is a stunner. The reflection rocks, but I also love the light/shadow dance and that strong touch of red at the bottom of the cup.
I also like the light on the lemons and shot glass below. :)
Do you use an undertone of red/orange?
