Oranges/Hydrangea 2

This is the last of the surviving oranges pose. I've been working
on several panels and a canvas, revisiting whatever is dry and
whenever I have some inkling of what to try, mostly color-wise.

Wow, Lorraine,
That shaft of orange light through the vase is stunning. I continue to admire your use of many colors to shape the form.
Happy holidays to you and your family!

Beautiful light and shadow in each object. Then the color harmony makes it all work together beautifully!!

En admirant cette dernière peinture je ressens comme de la pureté... Un douceur pourtant si puissante...
Un beau contraste de couleurs avec celui de l'hortensia blanc...
Gros bisous à vous ma chère Lorraine.

I love the way you use the color to emphasize your design. This is great - especially with that orange glow

Ma chère Lorraine,
this painting is a success! What a great idea to place a head hydrangea just outlined, but light and allows the light to come and go between the orange and the background ... a marvel! Really!
Kisses and good day to you!
